Each Ozarks Football League team consists of players in the 6th, 7th and 8th grade who will be attending the high school the team represents

Any student in 6th, 7th or 8th grade may join the team that represents their high school



Branson Pirates
Head Coach - Tucker Pierce

Personal: Coach Pierce has been married to his wife Chandra for 18 years. They have two children, Tristan and Kaedyn

Professional: Coach Pierce is currently in his 4th year coaching at Branson with the first three seasons as a varsity assistant and now is the head Junior High coach

Education: 2 years Hutchinson Community College. B.S. degree from Kansas State University 1996

Coaching Experience: 18 years of high school coaching experience at various schools including: Frankfort, KS, Poplar Bluff, MO, Hollister, MO.





Republic Tigers
Head Coach - Scott Smith

Personal: Married to wife 23 years. Three boys- 17, 14, and 4

Professional: Special Education Teacher, Republic High School

Education: BS in Education MO ST 1996

Coaching Experience: 22 years. High School football coach. Republic 10 years, Marionville 2 years, Osceola 5 years (3 as head coach), Parkview 1 year, Springfield Catholic 1 year, Strafford 1 year, Central 1 year, and Willard 1 year.

Personal: Married to Cheryl for 16 years. Has 2 daughters, Mia and Ami

Falcons
Head Coach - Mike Mauk

Personal: Mike and his wife Gwyn will be celebrating 34 years of marriage this summer. They are the parents of four Children: Jonathan, Benjamin, Eden and Maty.

Professional: Mike Mauk will complete his 36th year in the field of Education this spring. He is completing his first year teaching and coaching at Glendale High School

Education: Graduated from Ashland University (OH) with a major in Comprehensive Business Education and earned his Master of Sport Science degree in Sport Management from the United State Sports Academy in Daphne, Alabama.

Coaching Experience: Head Football Coach for 29 year at Kenton High School (OH)l and also served as Athletic Director for 14 years. Prior to that, he taught and coached 2 years at both Bluffton High School (OH) and Dublin High School (OH). Actively involved in the Ohio High School Football Coaches Association for 24 years. He served as Regional Director, Treasurer and Clinic Director of America’s Great Football Clinic. He was the president in 1996.



Vikings
Head Coach - Anthony Hayes

Personal: Coach Hays and his wife Joanna have been married for 8 years and have three children, Mia, Luke, and Kali

Education: Graduated from Union High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma and was part of three Oklahoma 6A State Runner-Up teams. After high school, Hays went on to Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Mo where he earned a Bachelors degree in social studies education and Masters in education.

Playing Experience: While at SBU, played wide receiver and was a four-year letterman

Professional: Coach Hays is entering his 6th season as the head football coach and offensive coordinator of the Parkview Vikings. During his tenure at Parkview his teams have won 28 games, including 5 playoff victories, and has had 12 All-State Athletes. In 2014 Hays was named Springfield Quarterback Club Coach of the Year and in 2012 he was named Ozark Conference Coach of the Year as well as SWMFCA Class 5 Coach of the Year. Prior to Parkview, Hays served as the head coach at King City High School where he helped lead the Wildkats to 3 state playoff appearances and 2 district championships. Coach Hays works in the PE department at Parkview High School and also serves as the schools Fellowship of Christian Athletes sponsor.

Head Coach, Blue Division - Bradley Angel

Education: Attended Knob Noster High School in Knob Noster Missouri. Attended Missouri State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education. Following Missouri State, attended William Woods University and graduated with a degree in Athletic Administration.

Professional: Technology and Health teacher at George Washington Carver Middle School

Coaching Experience: Entering 4th season as assistant football coach at George Washington Carver Middle School

Head Coach - Patrick Maxwell

Personal: Family married (Alinda), Father of six great kids, and Paw Paw to two!!

Playing Experience: 4 year letter winner and 2 year captain, Northwood University

Personal: Married for 20 years to Pam. Our son Casey is a freshman at Springfield Catholic.

Professional: Retired from the Department of Justice/Drug Enforcement Administration.

Education: BS in Health and Physical Education 1974 McNeese State University.

Playing Experience: 4 years McNeese State University, 3 year letterman. 1973 Outstanding College Athelete of America.

Coaching Experience: Jr. High Football Springfield Catholic 2014. OFL head coach for Ash Grove 2013, 2014 Central 2012. Developed the Ash Grove Youth Football Program for grades 1-6 in 2007 as well as coaching.
